Mindfulness & Meditation Coaching
Customized 50-minute mindfulness coaching sessions. Let’s get grounded and present, through breath, movement, and spirituality. We will work collaboratively to discover what supports you in living mindfully.
Individual Mindfulness Coaching. Each session is 1-hour. Holistic in approach, packages are customized, focusing on reducing stress, burnout, anxiety, sadness, and/or depression, while increasing motivation, inspiration, balance, and/or restoring energy and joy. Provided via video conferencing. Each personalized mindfulness package (3+ sessions) includes a unique mindfulness practice, daily application tasks, and consultation regarding process. Sessions may include components of guided imagery, relaxation meditation, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, yoga principles, and/or physical stretches and exercise. Subject to package availability and scheduling. Packages must be initiated by June 1, 2020.
