Personalized 50-minute yoga sessions for 1-3 people. Integrating: Hatha, vinyasa, Kundalini, power, restorative, yin, breath/pranayama, and meditation practices.
Private and Semi-Private Yoga (1-3 people). Each session is 1-hour. Yoga sessions are tailored to your skill level and need. My practice and training background are in Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, and Restorative styles; using breath and meditation as a foundation (visit www.saravdmt.com/yoga for more information). With a background in dance and education in various fitness and health modalities, teachings integrate components of: sports medicine, kinesiology, Pilates, energy work, and even massage practices. Provided in-home or via video conferencing. Subject to package availability and scheduling
