Yoga.
Yoga.
Why yoga? And why yoga with me? I teach yoga to encourage creativity, self-exploration, and to empower you as the student. True, yoga is growing in popularity around the world and there are many teachers, images, and ideas of what yoga is or looks like. Having spent the past 15+ years exploring and expanding my own yoga practice, I am thrilled to be able to share what I have learned through individual/private, small group, and corporate offerings.

As a yoga student and practitioner for over 20-years, I became a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) in order to share my unique and diverse experiences with others. Since my first experience with Vinyasa and Flow in 2000, I have practiced many lineages and contemporary styles of yoga, including: Hatha, Power, Kundalini, Heated/Hot Yoga and Fusion, Ashtanga, Forrest Yoga, Yin and Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Bhakti and Kirtan (mantra, song, & free movement), Yogalates (Yoga & Pilates Mat), Meditation, and even Aerial Yoga! My personal/home practice consists of daily meditation, mantra/intention setting, gentle flow, and deep stretching.
Rooted primarily in the Hatha and Vinyasa lineage, my teaching style is a blend of my experience as a dancer, artist, and yogini. Sessions with me include physical postures (asana), breath (pranayama), improvisational movement, mindfulness, and meditation to facilitate inner reflection, self-expression, healing, and personal growth. Creating a nurturing and compassionate environment is of utmost importance in my teaching, which is reflected in the tempo, sequencing, and options provided throughout a session or class.
New in 2023
As a life-long student, I have begun my journey to a 500-Hour Yoga Teaching Certificate! Expanding my spiritual practice and yoga offerings means going beyond the postures taught in many studios. Through advanced studies, I am expanding my knowledge and adding more integrative techniques to my offerings. If you are interested in exploring the Divine Feminine (Shakti) through Kundalini, Ayurveda, Enneagram, and Lunar Cycles within a holistic yoga practice, look no further. My Gratitude
Though my life path has led me to live and travel globally, I would not be the yoga teacher I am today without the support of those who encouraged me to continue on this path. My deepest gratitude to the teachers, mentors, and friends who continue to guide me and bring me back to my practice, especially: Dr. Eden Goldman, GigiYogini, Jillian Coogan, Amber Cook, and Danae Robinett. Namaste. Sat nam.
As a public, private, and corporate yoga teacher, I unify my 30+ years of artistic expression with the traditions of yoga, and infuse my experience as a wellness educator & dance/movement therapist. I am currently accepting private, small group, and corporate clients.
For Individuals: Do you want to increase relaxation, reduce tension, improve health and well-being, progress physically, or grow spiritually? Where are you in your yoga practice (are you a novice, are you coming back to your mat, or are you looking to deepen and expand in a new way?) By collaborating in private sessions, I will help you take yoga practice off the mat and into your life.
Group sessions can be arranged for one-time personal or professional events, on-going classes, or a specified series. I am able to work with you to curate sessions with themes and playlists for your group, such as: bachelorette parties, ladies meet-ups, and social gatherings.
Corporate or Professional events and trainings are a great opportunity to introduce mindfulness, meditation, and yoga for self-care! Offering contracted one-time OR on-going classes, I can provide yoga as a part of your conference warm-up and ice breakers, healthy lifestyle challenges, and workplace wellness initiatives.
